MMA fit Bootcamp is a work out program like no other. We offer co-ed classes and classes that are exclusively for women. Each and every session is a safe, effective and fun workout. No matter what your level of physical fitness, MMA instructors will ensure you get the best work out possible, while releasing stress and frustration in every class. You will ground and pound, kick, submit, pump and sweat your way to a leaner, fitter more confident you. Using various exercises during each workout will cause muscle confusion, so your body doesn’t get bored of the same old routine. This will keep you building muscle and burning fat. Instructors are certified personal trainers and 5th degree black belts in martial arts – that means they’re fully qualified to kick your butt into shape.
